Snacks include: zucchini hummus, carrot crackers, red pepper falafel, goji berry, apricot power balls and tumeric chai. *A dehydrator is preferable but not essential for some of these recipes.

Neil Barnett is a raw food chef, teacher and founder of Garden to Gourmet. He trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary in Los Angeles, taking their Introduction to Raw Cuisine and Advanced Raw Cuisine courses. (Matthew Kenney Culinary is recognised by Food & Wine magazine as, one of the best cooking classes in the world). http://www.matthewkenneycuisine.com Alongside raw food, Neil's other passions include yoga, design and music.
